MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

  • "Thank you so much for the amazing macro photography workshop held at Wilkinson in Liverpool, in association with Wild Arena and Animal Teach. Kevin has a very quiet and gentle way of ensuring that delegates learn to create great photographs, way better than they could ever have hoped for. He patiently helps to set the stages and works with Naomi to present a variety of creatures with expert lighting and backgrounds, then suggests camera settings, and guides each individual as the work with these subjects. I cannot recommend Kevin more highly, he is great to be around, a quiet genius who inspires as well as teaches. I can’t wait to sign up for some additional sessions with him"

  • "I highly recommend a macro photography session with Kevin Morgans, Animal Teach, and Wild Arena at the Wilkinson' camera shop in Liverpool. Great experience, with beautiful animals, and loads of help and advice from Kevin Morgans. Naomi really knows her animals and keeps them in tip-top condition too"

  • “Just spent the day on the Macro workshop with Kev and Naomi in Liverpool. Wow. What an experience. So patient and knowledgeable. I’m very new to photography and a complete novice, Thought I was out of my depth but was quickly reassured by Kev that anyone can learn to use their camera and get amazing shots. I certainly felt that I did this”

  • “Dear Kev, Naomi, Wild Arena, and the Wilkinsons Team, Thank you for an excellent and informative workshop in Liverpool.  I believe that all of the clients enjoyed your session, and we got some great images of the well-behaved subjects. You provided good advice for each of us individually, and we each commented on how much we had learned about our macro photography, whatever our experience. Some of us were using manual settings for the first time, some were using different lens setups, and others were trying focus stacking. All of us found the use of the perspex panels a game-changer for our compositions. The lighting setup at the store also allowed some experimentation at the end of the day. Naomi's subject selection, use of backgrounds, and handling experience were invaluable”
